We purchased the Black Bear Manor B&B in 2017, relocating from Arizona. Tom has a background in dental hygiene, IT, and is a musician who actively plays locally in his spare time. Tom would love to jam with you so bring your instrument (or use one his … he has too many!). Cyndi has a background in pharmaceuticals and health insurance and is a certified Yoga instructor trained in Hatha Yoga, specializing in Yoga Nidra and Yoga for PTSD.
Family and grandchildren led us to choose Ouray as home and we have fallen in love with the town, the people, and the mountains. As a result, we are invested and actively involved in our community we call home.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The food was great! We thought the place had a welcoming, warm atmosphere and we enjoyed visiting with Tom, Cyndi and the other guests. It was also fun to see the other rooms. What a beautiful place. We would definitely come back!
